Your thumb moves before your brain does

Find out how cooked your brain is in 17 taps. Then do one detox drill a day: a 60-second slang check and one thing to do with your phone. Every drill knocks a point off.

Sound familiar?

You open your phone and forget why.

Normal speed feels too slow now.

You said a meme out loud and meant it.

Twenty minutes gone. You were only checking.

That is not weak willpower. It is a reflex with nothing in front of it. The drill puts two minutes in front of it, every day.

The detox drill

Five words from this week's feed, three answers each, then one real-world action with a timer. Done means a point off.

A streak that forgives

Miss one day and it pauses. Miss two and it ends. Do not blow it.

Wiki, duels, share card

Every word you keep hearing. A link that dares a friend. Your score as an image for the story.

A real drill, start to finish

Example drill · day 1

Part one: five words from this week's feed, three answers each. Part two: one thing to do with your phone, with a timer on the page.

Finish it and your score drops a point. Get all five right and you know the feed better than it knows you.

Dare a friend

Send one link. They tap ten yes-or-no questions, no sign-up. Then both scores show up at once. Loser buys the coffee.

Questions

What is Brainrot Test?

Brainrot Test is a website that scores how much of your attention is running on reflex rather than choice. Seventeen taps give you a brainrot score out of 100 and a tier, built from what you actually do with your phone rather than how long you hold it. After that it is one two-minute drill a day — a quick check on this week's words, then one thing to do with your phone — and a Sunday re-check that moves the number. There is also a slang wiki and a link that dares a friend to beat your score.

Is this going to lecture me about my phone?

No. It gives you one small thing to do and a number that moves. No guilt screens.

What if I miss a day?

Your streak pauses. Miss a second day in a row and it starts again. Tomorrow's drill is waiting either way.

Do I need to download anything?

No. It all runs on this site, on your laptop or your phone.
